 Clifford White is the composer and producer of his own unique brand of instrumental music. His first solo album Ascension (composed when he was just 17) became an 80's worldwide best seller for New World Music.
During the 80's Clifford set up a recording studio which would allow him to continue exploring his vistas of sound and to act as co-writer and producer for a number of new age acts present at the time. Clifford's passion for the genre also led to the creation of the New Age Music Association (N.A.M.A) which brought together notable artists such as Tim Wheater, Asha Quinn, Kevin Kendle, James Asher, Annie Locke and Chris Michell, amongst others.
Clifford later became an accomplished producer in the field, clocking up over 26 albums for New World and Polygram amongst other labels. He collaborated with several notable singers, songwriters and media artists such as Jim McCarty (The Yardbirds), Hypnotist Paul McKenna, Chris Michell, Steven Russell, Dave Berry and L'Espirit.
In 1996, after completing his seventh and perhaps most acclaimed album 'Myths of the Rock', Clifford virtually disappeared from the music scene. In fact, an opportunity for Clifford to act as producer for a series of covermount CD's for GQ magazine led him to pursue a 15 year career in the new media industry. Clifford is now also the Director of 21st Century New Media Ltd, a new media company producing CD-ROMs and websites for an ever growing list of prestigious clients including Conde Nast, Duetsche Bank, Attic Futura and Columbia Tristar International Television.
Notwithstanding any of his previous achievements, 2009 is a particularly significant year for Clifford as he is blasting back onto the new age music scene with his truly superb new album 'The Gods Of Olympus'!
