DRUID was one of the classic new age albums of the 1990’s, much loved and critically acclaimed. Medwyn treats us with the same depth of mystery and atmosphere as the original. Runestone also guest perform celebrating one of the most popular pagan themed CD’s ever created.
Once again Medwyn inspires us all with the standing stones and folk lore of his native homeland Cornwall. |

Hi Friends! I am proud to be the first whos write a review about this long waited Med and Runestone's album. I've been waiting for it for too long weeks , watching daily the news about it, and I must say now I am totally fascinated by the result: a truly wonderful travel back, back to my own remebrances of the first Druid landscapes in the early '90s, which never stopped to haunt my deepest dreams, longings and romances, and back to these many years, eons to fly through the wings of time when Nature commanded to Human. So many many thanks for so much talent, I will surely command many copies of this cd to offer it to my beloved familiars, friends, to invite them to share with me the travel on its mystic pathways. Please, forgive my bad English! Congratulaitions Oscar de Jarjayes

Me and my friends in Sweden have enjoyed MG's music the last 15-20 years, MG was always outstanding when it comes to create excellent music for the right feeling and state of mind. Once again, MG shown the brilliance and skills of capturing the best tones for us. We have almost all of your music. MG will always be no 1 for us, and to hear DRUID II is a true pleasure and reward for us all. Thank you for creating truly wonderful music that last a lifetime!
From your friends in Sweden *smiles*

Hello Med.
Just another big thank you, Druid 2, beautiful beyond words, you have once again set free my troubled soul from a disabled body, sent my spirit into light again. As Druid lifted me beyond the boundaries of suffering all those years ago, again I feel that dream again, walking free on beloved mother earth, chasing the shadows across the moors, thank you dear brother, blessed be.

Have been, like a lot of people, anticipating this album for some time & I've leapt to order my copy.It was Druid 1 that started my love of NA music & I continue to relate to that as my starter point from which has grown an enormous collection. This New Druid has all the ingredients, energy & atmosphere that the much loved original has but updated with todays recording technology plus new superb compositions within it. With Medwyn at the helm & the incredibly talented Runestone this album had all the promise of excellence from its conception. It's very apt that within the last week The Beatles albums have all been re-digitalised so too has new life been breathed into this CLASSIC NA album. Can't wait to get my hands on it!!

Have now been in ownership of Druid 2 for 4 days & have been listening to it, pretty much, constantly...well when time allows. For me, its the hypnotic atmosphere of ecoey drums....I also like the constant track without any breaks between (like Medecine Woman 4) Little touches like the flight of a bird (like Midori's incredibly atmospheric Bali)but also some good use of electronica. I can actually hear the lyrics sang on Druid 2 that I could never quite grasp on Druid 1. I have sent my congratulations to Runestone as well as Medwyn for this truly Iconic sequel to Druid 1
