MEDWYN and TERRY OLDFIELD have joined forces for the first time ever to perform together. Almost all of the MG Music artists were invited to guest feature on the album making it an unprecedented event in new age music. Recorded in 11 recording studio's across the world including Australia, England, Sweden, Poland, and the Czech Republic, never before has there been such a gathering of artists composing and performing original material together on an album. It has been an incredible technical and musical journey. Each track features one guest artist with Medwyn perfoming on Guitar and Terry on Flute, each piece of music being the guest artists interpretation of OM. Guest artists include - Threefold, Neil H, Roland Sante, Guy Sweens, Simon Lovelock, Stephen Page, Paul Lawler, and Karl Maddison. OM goes way beyond what was expected or anticipated, what has emerged is a performance of sheer beauty and incredible expression. For anyone who enjoys new age music this is a rare event not to be missed.

I have just listened the whole of this mysterious & cherished album!! I recommend to all New Age music lovers hear these 10 songs which each tones were made of crystal!!
Again, Medwyn Goodall displayed his art and created a marvelous bridge that you can walk in it and discover all beauties in surrounding yourself!
I am so pleased to have it now, such an impression! In the end, I must appreciate all efforts by him & his friends (Terry Oldfield, Neil H, Guy Sweens,.) for producing this extraordinary & remarkable CD!

Absolutely breathtaking. I was expecting it to be good but wow this is truly relaxing and wonderful music. My meditation is much deeper with this music in the background.

This album is just wonderful, total unity of the MG Music family. Terry's haunting flute and Medwyn's just wonderful guitar playing together with the inspiration of all the artists working together, yet separated by seas, mountains and continents ... creates ONE stunning album. If you have no other album from the MG Music collection ... this is a must for any music lover.

For lovers of "pure" New Age Music (and by that I mean ethereal, contemplative style) this album has to be one of the gems of the last 20 years. This album makes me remember why I fell in love with New Age music in the first place. Thank you to all involved in making this

This is a simply wonderful album. Sometimes you look forward an album and are disappointed but "Om " is everything I hoped it would be. Terry's flute soars and hovers over Medwyn's beautiful guitar lines, all the while blending perfectly with the input from all the other MG artists. With recording spread across different studios across the world it could have all gone terribly wrong. Instead, it is an instant classic, an album that will be getting repeat plays for a long time to come. Fantastic - well done to all the artists involved !!

Probably destined to be MG Music's defining work for years to come. Everything you have ever liked about the music from these artists is here bound together by Medwyns strings and beautifully accompanied by Terrys flute. As is the spirit behind MG music no one on this album overshadows anyone else, instead each track, whilst distincive, simply "is" allowing you to take in the genius of the music. A deeply respectful bow to all involved, a true work of art.

OK I know I was involved with this project, but now having heard the entire album I have to admit I am totally amazed with it. In short I think the album sounds brilliant. From a technical point it is amazing that this album has been put together using something like 10 different studios across I think 3 different countries. This sort of project would have been inconceivable only a few years ago. What impresses me with this album is that despite the input of so many different artists the album gels together perfectly. My favourite tracks from the other artists include the closing track from Guy Sweens, I have become a real fan of his music, the opening track from Simon Lovelock, "Tenderness" from Neil H, OM by Threefold and Voyage by Paul Lawler, another person whose music I am very keen on. Of course the thing that really brings this album together is the amazing talents of Medwyn Goodall and Terry Oldfield. Medwyn's guitars and Terry's flutes provide the backbone for the album and this CD is a real must for your music collection. It's already in my CD changer and I think is likely to stay there for some time to come ! Well done everyone.
