I have found this CD along with various other titles in the
true series to be an invaluable aid to my clients. This is a rare gem of
an album which enables the people in my care to relax and be calm intimes
of emotional stress, if you have ever heard the saying "Music calms the
savage beast" these CD's are the proof of that proverb.

"True Chakras" is an incredible album that resonates with
these sacred centres in a way that commercially released music has
previously failed to do. In the practice of meditation or coupled with the
practice of yoga this cd should be part of every enthusiasts library.

I have been looking, for quite some time, for a meditative cd that would really captivate me. Generally, I have ended up being bored with those I have purchased so far, my mind being unable to be silenced or subdued, even though, I must admit, I have only been meditating for a few months.
I stumbled upon this cd in a music store near me and felt incredibly compelled to purchase it. Even though this was a 'blind' purchase, I am so incredibly happy that I did buy it!
There really is only one word to describe this cd - Transcendental.
You truly become so absorbed in the sounds of...well, I don't know quite now how to describe the music except to say that it has a magical/spiritual/cosmic air to it.
Seven inspiring tracks deal with each one of the seven main chakras, the sounds and resulting vibrations, encouraging healing and prompting the specific chakra to open up. The first track has a more deep, almost tribal/indian sound for your first chakra - the Root Chakra. As each track progresses through the chakras, so the sound becomes lighter and more cosmic.
It is simply hypnotic and I have it set on repeat, as one sitting is just not satisfying enough - you just want more and more of the sensational feelings of warmth, love and uplifting sounds that envelope you. I even have it on my computer at work now to play when I am stressed and it is truly the only thing that relaxes me, instantaneously.
I would highly recommend purchasing this cd - whether you wish to do chakra work (and boy, does it open up the chakras!), meditation or simply kick back and relax after a long day's work. It is a wonderful investment - spiritually, emotionally and physically.
