Having been affected by stress and sleepless nights, it was
recommended to me to try a relaxation CD. Having never used this type
relaxation method before; I was very sceptical about their effectiveness.
After much searching and listening to various productions of repetitive
static noise I came across Woodland Walk by MG Music, the sounds of nature
are beautifully blended and constructed to give a real sense of movement
and flow of time. I found the CD relaxing when used as background noise
during daily routines and chill out times and also very soothing as a
sleep aid. If you have never tried CDs before; give it a go, if you put
yourself in the right state of mind and chill, it does work. I also bought
Morning Birdsong by MG Music, and will be looking forward to and
purchasing other titles in this range. In my opinion the Medwyn Goodall
Nature Sounds are the best of their kind on the market, each one a master
piece in production, I highly recommend these CDs.
