Based on a true event. Following a coastal storm, the ruin of an ancient circle of timbers was revealed, triggering one of todays unsolved mysteries, the lost henge. Inspired by these events, Runestone has instantly captured an evocative mystical mood that is quite profound and is perhaps their best musicalwork to date. Highly recommended.
"personally I think this is their best album ever!" - Medwyn Goodall |

A truly amazing & magical album. It has so many different layers it takes you on a different journey each time you listen to it. As you gently drift off into another world, magical imagery washes over you. It has an almost haunting melody at times & then it shifts to become wonderfully uplifting, like bright sunshine breaking through dark clouds. This surely is Runestone at their very best.

I really love this CD. The Lost Henge I feel is (like Runestones' previous work) indispensible relaxation music.
A wonderful crystal-clear sound envelopes the ears from start to finish, which is well appreciated in the classes I teach. What I feel makes this CD worthily substantial is that it isn't another one of those that provide 1 hour's worth of stagnant, crude 'cash-in' material. I have come to trust the output of Runestone through the years - Sacred Circle and Stonehenge have remain permanant fixtures in my programs.
Melodic, thematic, soul and mind-binding; thanks again guys.
